This will be replaced by command-line creation of iOS Cordova-based projects
(which we already have in the bin folder of the source repo). This will solve
the Xcode 4 Template limitations (www folder reference, sub-projects) and also
help version management (through npm possibly).
The use of a shipped binary (the Cordova.framework) will be removed, and since
we would not be shackled by the Xcode 4 Template limitations, a project will
have the CordovaLib sub-project added, which will help with debugging. This
command-line interface will also allow devs to create a GUI to manage this if
they want to, but a GUI tool is not planned.
