With the last big change to CordovaWebView, we are asking users to implement
four methods when they are using CordovaWebView. It would be good if we could
have a CordovaInterface class that isn't an activity that implements these four
methods so that users who aren't familiar with, or don't want to re-invent the
wheel don't have to fish around our source code and copy and paste the code
from DroidGap.java.
