There is an issue with wkhmtltopdf 0.11.0, downgrade to 0.9.9 - see my notices
in https://github.com/apache/incubator-cordova-ios/blob/master/Makefile#L273-281
Try a "make install-wkhtmltopdf" it should downgrade your wkhtmltopdf. Let me
know how it goes.
