Decided to stop using homebrew's wkhtmltopdf, I can't seem to fix the problem
by reverting to 4.8.1. Tried updating to 4.8.2, then downgrading to 4.8.1, and
the problem still occurs.
Reverting to our previous method of downloading the binary from googlecode.
