FYI, the latest mobile-spec tests for 1.8.0 are online here:
http://purplecabbage.github.com/incubator-cordova-mobile-spec/

The cordova-js files for all platforms are there as well, but currently the
file cordova.js is using user-agent checking to include wp7, iOS, and
android.

Other platforms coming soon, as well as adding a version number query
string param.
