I have tested a clean build of the WP7 example code bundled with Cordova 1.8.0.
All the functionality works except for the Camera. I have also tested with
earlier versions of PhoneGap and still having the same issues.
I have tested that the Camera actually works by creating a Native app in c# and
have no issues with the Camera. It is only when using Cordova to access it.
