So, what's the goal of this bug again? We already have plugininstall working
for Android (I tested it), and I assume it works for iOS as well. Are we
distributing this tool now? What do we do with the node dependency this tool
has? I need a bit more explanation as to what this bug is about before I can
close this for Android.
