thinking that if we're gunning to add multitouch in cordova android for 2.x maybe we consider speeding up click events by default in apps that inc cordova.js
its dangerous b/c we're now walking into territory the browser libs are taking care for the mobile web. on the flip side, we can check for a clobber and not do it if somebody else already has thoughts?
