Resolution: Cannot Reproduce
Fix Version/s: 1.9.0
No repro.
1. Created a new 1.9.0 project
2. Renamed index.html to foo.html
3. In AppDelegate.m, changed the reference to index.html to foo.html
4. The app loads foo.html as expected
