Fixes CB-1004 - $PROJECT_NAME is never set in iOS command line
cordova/debug tool
Uses $file from previous line (which is fragile in and of itself due to the
possibility of a subproject, but anyway...)

for file in *.xcodeproj; do
PRJ=$file
PROJECT_NAME=$(echo $file | awk -F.xcodeproj '{print $1}')
done;
APP=build/Release-iphonesimulator/$PROJECT_NAME.app
```
