The frameworks you speak of are delivered over the network.
PKZipping the JS would be of little benefit, and actually slow the load time 
because it needs to be unzipped.

Removing whitespace can be of some benefit, in reducing file size, but I think 
this is best left as an exercise of the developer. You are welcome to use YUI 
compressor, JSMin, or Closure, on all your js files if you like.
