As per deprecation policy, http://wiki.apache.org/cordova/DeprecationPolicy
1. Support until 3.0
2. Remove in 3.0 (add issue in JIRA)
3. Have shims (but in the case of iOS, we handle this in the execute function
where we introspect)
What to remove:
Remove (NSMutableDictionary*)options in plugin method signature.
