    Summary: CordovaWebView - Android Lifecycle Handling  (was: CordovaWebView 
- cannot access native functionality)

After talking with Rumpus Inc offline, it's clear that this feature is still 
not quite ready yet since there are too many plugins that depend on the Android 
Lifecycle.  While it's usable once you get past that hurdle, we're going to 
have to write utility methods to handle onPause, onResume, and other methods.
