*NOTES*
Even though I had a successful B2G build my initial attempts to install onto
the Nexus S failed.
I had to go through the process of updating & rebuilding my local copy of the
repo before I was able to get a successful that would successfully install onto
the Nexus S.
If you run the "./flash.sh" to install B2G on your device and the flashing
fails you can use "./run-gdb.sh", then use "continue" wait for the terminal to
respond with "continuing" and then use "backtrace" to determine where in the
failure was in the flashing process.
