A few weinre users have expressed an interest in having programmatic control
over the weinre connection. Basically, to start and stop a weinre session from
their user-land JavaScript code.
This shouldn't be a huge deal, refactoring + coming up with "APIs". Where the
API includes the global object to hang functions/properties off of.
Presumably, a global named "weinre".
