Well, I don't think it's onResume itself, since it is probably why things are
starting back up, since onResume turns on the timers and allows the webView to
actually be usable. The problem appears to be that the app is having problems
loading back into memory. I don't run many apps on my phone. I'll try doing
some memory profiling on this end.
