Description:
Application is functionally similar to cordova storage example at :
http://docs.phonegap.com/en/2.0.0/cordova_storage_storage.md.html#Storage
It is tested and works on android 2.2/4.0.4
On 2.3 application crashes following is the flow:
1. Application launches and initial html page is shown.
2. cordova storage api is used to create a database.
3. db.transaction(setupschema_applicationmethod, errorfunction,successfunction)
is called.
4. setupschema_applicationmethod completes and exits.
5. neither error or success callback is called, and application crashes.
