The create script for Android 2.1.0 is broken due to commons codec 1.7 being released today. The create script tries to download 1.6 but the download link isn't working anymore. The issue is filed at https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/CB-1468#comment-13456296. We will most likely have to retag android and start that vote thread again.
