The first error makes sense, since the file is not found in
framework/assets/www, and it hasn't been there for a while now. In fact, based
on my git history, there's never been a js file there since 1.0, which is why I
think you're running a very old create script. Can you make sure you're not
pulling some other weird script from your path?
