Fix For: 2.2.0
Need to keep the dist folder when we create a project for distribution
purposes. ie, coho/robson can call ./bin/create, download the necessary jar
file from the bin/create script, and continue on. As opposed to ant dist-ing
and not checking for that jar file if it exists or not.
