Just tried the latest Cordova Wp7 from the following branch
https://github.com/purplecabbage/incubator-cordova-wp7
and Examples->Capture Api does not work due to
1) arguments format error (deserialization exception in Capture.cs);
2) broken references to corresponding UI components.
Sent the fix as the following pull request
