Karen, I knew from meeting you last spring at NEFFA that you were a very nice 
person. Now, after learning how you deal with this dancer, I'm sure that you're 
a saint! With sensitivity and maturity, you are able to change your methods at 
the events that are her home dances.

I assume (perhaps incorrectly) that this dancer just wants attention, and so I 
might get frustrated, and then confrontational, if I had to deal with her 
issues. Your way is the better way: to just change mikes and move on to 
bringing joy to all the dancers.   ... Bob
