Richard, I have called the dance below (St. Louis dance) but I don't have the title and author. I danced it in Cincinnati with Kathy Anderson calling. I describe the pull-bys in B2 as "square thru two." (Partner balance, pull by, Neighbor pull by to face next)
Because there are balances both at the top and the bottom of the A1, it helps to have an appropriate tune. I wish I could recommend one.
