Consider talking to Harry at Lake Shore Farm, located east of Concord,

If you are doing this at a time when the facility would otherwise be
vacant, and you explain the purpose and size of your group, I would
hope he could give you a good price. Let him know if this is a one
shot event of if you hope to do it occasionally (say once a month).
His summer schedule (family vacations) is different than his winter
schedule (square dance weekends). I expect he would have more winter
dates available. Probably most weeknights and any weekend when he
doesn't have square dancers there for the weekend.
Also consider the Mill-A-Round, located in Manchester, NH. This is
where Chris holds his third Friday contra dances.

Norm has two rooms -- a large front room and a smaller back room. You
would only need the smaller back room. Sometimes when Chris is calling
a contra dance in the front room Norm is calling A-1 or A-2 (MWSD
levels) in the back room.
Again, let Norm know if this is one time or regular, how many people
you expect, and what you are looking for in terms of money. For
example, if you aren't looking to make money, he may let you have it if
you charge everyone $5 and give all the money to him. From his point
of view, getting some money is better than having the hall empty.
Also, having more people know about the hall might get them to come to
Chris's dance or decide to rent the hall themselves.
