I haven't called a tempest formation, but I did find a few on the web.  Since I 
can't give first hand on them, let me know if you want to look them over or 
not.  One was Star-Crossed Tempest, and David Smukler has several on his site.

I believe a local caller has called one, I'll ask her about it.
