Does anybody know the name and author of this dance?

Improper

A1      Long lines go forward and back.
        Gate once and a quarter with the actives moving forward.
        (The caller I learned this from probably used the term cast off).

A2      Line of four down the hall, turn alone...........

B1      Circle left three-quarters and swing partner

B2      Circle left three-quarters and swing neighbor.
