Yes, I'll just add that I LOVE this group exactly the way it is.

In my work life, I'm in the middle of a three-year grant-funded project to
study the ways that Communities of Learning, Inquiry and Practice (CLIPs) can
enhance learning, strengthen capacity and nourish the rapid spread of
innovation through supporting active and open exchange of ideas, questions and
solutions among peers (people facing similar problems but from diverse
backgrounds and sites).

I have frequently used SharedWeight as an example of a virtual platform that
functions exactly as it should -- friendly, accessible, fast-turn around time
for "emergency" questions, but also opportunities for slower-paced reflection
on the evolution of the work. I know of so many organizations that are
struggling with exactly this question -- how to create online communities that
people will actually make the time to use, and use respectfully.

Kudos to Chris and Seth for hitting on the right idea at the right time, and
thanks so much to all of you for your generosity in sharing such useful and
timely advice!
