I know this is an old thread, but I ran across it while searching for
something else..

In some cases where a dance has an unusual combination of moves I
suggest that they start off a little slow then kick it up a notch
after a few repetitions.

I haven't given numeric requests, but just assumed "fast" or "slow"
with respect to a norm around 115-120.  Perhaps I should.
