I vote for "Leddies" -- which means ladies OR laddies OR leddies (the ones who are led) for those who end the swing on the right and change sides during a "leddies" chain. And "Gens" -- the "other" gender role -- those who end a swing on the left and who do not change sides during a chain. Alternatives I've read so far seem strained and clumsy.
