How about a dance with lady around 2 and gent cut through (chase each other around and basically get nowhere)
Or a Joke dance that doesn't progress? easy to do if you don't pass through with a becket circle left 3/4, but keep dancing with the same couple or I'm sure you could write one easily enough. Perhaps Dan Pearl remembers the CDSS "worst Contra" contest... I'm sure there's a couple of dances from that collection that might work. Personally I wouldn't do too many. Folks often dance to forget what's happening in the world for a little while and since you're not sure who is on what side of the "aisle" you wouldn't want to risk offending anyone.
