Mac is correct, the caller in that video is John Coffman. I call this often. One thing is to encourage an actual courtesy turn out of the right and left through which then lends itself to doing a full extension for the first roll away, and that in turn promotes the similar extension and a nice tug for the ladies into the allemande. It really is a satisfying sequence.
