same way but not other formations like squares and circles.

There's also tempest formation, Sicilian circles, zias, mixers... But it does get blurry. One local group's definition of "contra" might mean _only_ longways and _always_ 2 swings, whereas another's definition could encompass chestnut contras, triplets, scatter mixers and other such.
