Yes... It's a big design error, and I've already spent quite a bit of time 
trying to disentangle it. But it's gotten very, very complicated because every 
application seems to use it in a slightly different, wrong way. Nice 
consequence of this design is also that splitting the view creates duplicates 
of all actions... KoMainWindow, KoDocument and KoView are just very, very wrong 
at the moment.
