Hi Jaroslaw, To my limited knowledge of how ODF works, one or more ODF softwares creates a working feature implementation and then they are discussed by the ODF overseeing group who standardize it for usage in the upcoming next version of ODF. But collaborating on such a feature implementations between ODF softwares just means that the standardization process will take less time to finalize.
