I have a provider (ISPHONE) that is doing something strange but not "illegal". The providers response to callweaver INVITE is: SIP 100 SIP 183 SIP 180 SIP 200
Callweaver is CLEARLY passing the SIP response back to to the originating device properly. HOWEVER it *seems* that once Callweaver receives the SIP 180, it temporarily suspends the media until it receives the SIP 200. Could this be right? Any suggestions on how to prove/disprove this hypothesis?
