I like it, but it doesn't scale well to "header size". If you resize it to for instance the size of the header at callweaver.org, the text is barely readable. I'm not saying that is the final design of the website, but it has to be taken into consideration that if Sean's logo is used, there will have to be done some work to integrate it in a nice way in the website. Perhaps you can ask Sean to make a few variations of the logo? One where the name still shines through after it is scaled down.
