You know that is a real problem - I'm tired of doing things right the first 
time so people don't have to call me back - when the clowns who completely 
screw things up get all the repeat business :-)

Indeed.

Callweaver has ruined my business.

My customers, since i switched them to callweaver, are not complaining 
anymore and i don't make enough money out of supporting them.

I'm planning to go back to asterisk so that the usual average of crashes 
per week is restored.
