This kind of childish and abusive response isn't helpful when trying to convince new people to join the callweaver community. This is an extreme example, but I think in general there is a certain acceptance of rude behavior here (this list). I think you could be just as helpful in a nicer way Mr. Maluf. my 2c (US).
