I had an issue similar to this a while ago though I'm not sure if it's the same issue that you're talking about. I'm also not sure if it has been resolved. If you have the folder message limit set at 100 then reduce it to let's say 50. If you go into a mail box where there are more than 50 messages and delete a message callweaver takes a dirt nap. Something about the reindexing I believe.
