Could you post (a) your zapata.conf and (b) the log output if you enable debug and verbose 3 (-dvvv options to callweaver on start up or "set debug 1", "set verbose 3" from the CLI) and then make a call. By default callweaver will try and send caller ID twice. Once between a polarity reversal and the first ring and once after the first ring. The caller ID _shouldn't_ change in between.
