You can skip the pre-ring caller ID by setting cidstart=ring in
zapata.conf. I don't _think_ it's possible to skip the post-ring caller
ID - maybe by using sendcalleridafter=0.

It probably ought to be - if your phone understands pre-ring it's much
better to use that and have the caller ID before it starts to ring.
Especially if you have to wait for post-ring on incoming analogue lines :-).
