Hiya Here's another one I'm not at all sure about: Is putting a call on hold and parking a call the same? I can hold a call by doing a flash on my Zap phone and some SIP clients have a hold button (Zoiper) while others don't (WengoPhone, XMeeting).
But what can you do if the client does not have such a button? Can you assign a "hold feature" to a sequence such as *4 in features.conf?
