Wherever the check is done... if I see into my log about 1 thousand time 

Nat is needed
and 
Reliably Transmitting (NAT) to 192.168.100.145:5060

and never:

Nat is not needed 
and
Transmitting (no NAT) to 192.168.100.146:5060:

I believe callweaver and chan sip is ACTUALLY doing and using nat...

Then we can speak about the absence of difference in using nat or not using
nat on the same address, but...
