The sip.conf entry for the PAP2T > lines have dtmfmode=rfc2833 set as well. RFC2833 is out of band, which should be good. It's probably a volume issue on the PAP2T. I am using mac based Callweaver with audiocodes hardware and have not seen any DTMF problems once levels and gains are properly set.
