You are running 1.2 but have a trunk config. If you expect to be running 1.2 edit your callweaver.conf and change the modpath entry to be just, "/usr/local/lib/callweaver/modules". If you expect to be running trunk, check for another callweaver install that comes before /usr/local/bin in your path.
