The PAP2-NA has different hardware from the PAP2-T, so it won't run the
same firmware. It seems the PAP2-NA has never had T.38 support, and
never will.

The current firmware for the PAP2-T is 5.1.6. The release notes for this
make no mention of T.38, but I have heard support is there. At
www.linksys.com you can find the release notes for version 3.x, but the
firmware itself seems to have been removed. Those release notes do
describe the addition of T.38 support, and I have confirmation that
version 3.3 at least basically works with Callweaver - it wasn't tested
well enough to say more than that.
