All,

I am working across a solution using FOSS to set up an IVR platform with Callweaver as my telephony solution. I have a lot of partial solutions running right now and I am looking for ideas on a good glue script or program that I can use on top of this. What I have right now is uniMRCP (Cepstral, Flite and PocketShinx support) the aforementioned TTS/ASR components on the system, openVXI (no browsers or anything, can't find anything on that), voxpilot (Good VXML solution, I just can't get it to work with my ASR/TTS stuff, since it only supports commercial products like Nuance). I have played with Voiceglue, but it is hooked deeply into Asterisk, and it is so far a fail for me. I don't know near enough about ogi/agi to do a solution off the top of my head, but I assume it is just perl (Or C, or whatever else I choose so long as I include the headers and PM's and those are available ).

I see lots of tie in options in Asterisk for this stuff, but I can't find much of anything outside of the man pages, comments in the config files and a brief "it exists/it doesn't exist" for most features, so my research has been slow and in depth trying this and that, trying to rewrite the portions of programs that tie into Asterisk that I understand (can be hit or miss) so I am wondering if there is support or if someone out there has done this and can offer hints or at least something to go by that would be helpful.

Regards,
Seann
