Hi, Quite a few people have voted for freeswitch. I am surprised by this. From what I can see it focuses on exploiting multi-core machines etc.
My hardware is quite the opposite: about 16MB filesystem, 300 MHz non-Intel compatible CPU and 64 MB RAM. - Is freeswitch still a good option? (Also I need ISDN support (inkl. NT mode) via CAPI.) Can anybody point me to an article on running freeswitch on comparable devices? Many thanks for all the help so far. - Arik On 07/12/2011 16:28, Meftah Tayeb wrote: > +1 Cliv > > ----- Original Message ----- > From: "clive engelberg"<cliv...@webmail.co.za> > To: "Users Mailing List - Non-Commercial Discussion" > <callweaver-users@callweaver.org>; "Meftah Tayeb"<tayeb.mef...@gmail.com> > Sent: Thursday, December 08, 2011 6:32 PM > Subject: Re: [Callweaver-users] Software switch for embedded device > > >> Hi >> >> I would also look at freeswitch if I was in your situation. >> >> kol tov >> Clive >> >> >> >> On Tue, 6 Dec 2011 19:39:14 +0200 "Meftah Tayeb"<tayeb.mef...@gmail.com> >> wrote >> >>> http://www.freeswitch.org >>> >>> ----- Original Message ----- >>> From: "Itamar Reis Peixoto"<ita...@ispbrasil.com.br> >>> To: "Users Mailing List - Non-Commercial Discussion" >>> <callweaver-users@callweaver.org> >>> Sent: Wednesday, December 07, 2011 9:10 PM >>> Subject: Re: [Callweaver-users] Software switch for embedded device >>> >>> >>>> On Thu, Nov 24, 2011 at 7:21 AM, Arik Raffael Funke<a...@funke.eu> >>>> wrote: >>>>> Hi, >>>>> >>>>> has anybody compared the different options for software switches for >>>>> embedded devices?
