The accounts have been increased to 10 with 1.3.0. I still need read-only accounts. I think Cambium got that message though. If you look through some of the community posts, you'll see that self-signed or CA signed certs is on the agenda for later. Not a major issue for me. No comment on templates and firmware updates. Haven't got that far with it yet. Still mostly doing CNUT for PMP and manually for ePMP. We have far more Canopy than ePMP. Auto-update is obviously much easier with Canopy. We have never filled in the lat/long fields on PMP or ePMP. cnMaestro overwrites them anyway. So I'll deal. Still, drag-n-drop or click to set location would be much easier. All in all, I'm liking cnMaestro. There are some issues, but I believe that Cambium is quite capable of turning out excellent products. I'm sure it will get better.

Now, operationally I've found some issues. We've been trying to move to NAT mode in the SMs.
I have zero issues on Canopy (well, for the most part).
ePMP is a different story. 2.6.2.1 NAT mode is funky. cnMaestro communication originates from the primary wireless interface and not the separate wireless management interface (akin to the remote config interface in standalone mode on Canopy). What we normally do for delinquent customers is redirect their WAN IP to a splash page that says their account is suspended and to contact the billing department or click to go to our online payment portal. That redirect is going to cut off the ePMP NAT mode primary wireless interface from talking to cnMaestro.

And a week of stats is not enough. A month would be better.

Anybody else running it? I just got the 1.2.2 VM and 1.3.0 update
package up and running yesterday. Added some test sites/devices last

to the party, but so far I'm freakin impressed.
It's missing a few things, but it's nice for the price:
The 3 account limit is a little low.
You can't change passwords with templates (yet - coming soon in a firmware update, I'm told).
You can't delete the default templates, which clutter things up.
Firmware updates are much, much slower to process vs CNS server.
You can't use your own CA signed SSL certificate.
*SCHEDULED JOBS!* (Really? come on Camibum!)

I want to be able to click on the map and add a tower.
Under Manage/Organize/Add Tower, it does have a Map that can be used to select the location. But, I think you're referring to the main map screen. A context menu for operations on the map screen would be nice.
Or click on the map to set an SM location.
On the Configure/Devices menu, select an SM unit, then click "Set the device location using a map".

You can also click on the three dots next to the device name in the inventory tree, click edit, and quickly access location and name values.
Onboarding 20-30 SMs and editing lat/long one
by one by hand kinda sucks. Unless I'm missing something?
I would suggest using CNS server to apply a template which configures the cnMaestro server settings in the devices (we actually do this when we check them in to inventory). Remember that a template only needs to contain the values you want to change, not all values for the device.

Then, when onboarding the devices, you can click the globe icon to pull up a map for location selection (or enter GPS coordinates).

When I pulled our network into cnMaestro, I did several hundred SMs in only a few minutes by configuring the cnMaestro settings using CNS Server - though we already had a policy of setting GPS coordinates in the SM when deployed, so we didn't have that step.
Oh, and I want to be able to create some read-only users. And email
alarms. And a pony.
And a unicorn! Really though, for the price, it's a very nice tool :)
