Cool thanks for this, we had winds of up to 80 MPH, but I believe it is the
combination of that along with the Freezing that did them in.

We had 20 450m?s survive Category 5 hurricanes in the Virgin Islands.
Only lost 2?..because the towers they were on collapsed. 450m?s do not survive
falling 100ft.
That said, the lowest temperature ever recorded in the Virgin Islands was in
the 60?s, so I can?t report on what happens in freezing temps.

A different brand with a similar issue, we use to install Alvarion B-100?s in a
4? pvc pipe with a cap on one and and a clean out fitting on the other end,
drill a hole in the screw on cover for the clean out fitting to run the wires
through. Mount them vertically with the clean out fitting down of course, they
never got water inside them again!! We would strap the pipe to the tower with
large hose clamps. Lol. I little extreme I know but it worked.
